Leadership Team

Amy Berlean has worked in nonprofit management for more than 15 years with a focus on marketing and communications. She is passionate about nonprofit work and is extremely mission driven. She uses her strong written and verbal communication skills to create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within an organization.

Amy is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Journalism. After three years in radio news, she transitioned to nonprofit marketing and has never looked back. She has facilitated targeted communications programs for the US Air Force and National Environmental Protection Agency and has led successful fundraising efforts that include capital and endowment campaigns.

Amy moved to Arizona in December 2023. She is excited to learn all that Arizona has to offer including hiking trails, restaurants and activities. She is an avid reader and can always be found with a book in her backpack because “you never know when you’ll have an unscheduled moment to read!”
