Shannon Nordahl is not just your typical business leader; she’s a compassionate and dedicated force in the behavioral health field with an impressive 19 years of experience and a degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix. She’s all about ensuring top-notch program quality and outcomes while keeping everything in line with regulatory standards. Her journey started with Open Hearts in 2004, where she’s been deeply involved in every aspect of the organization’s growth, from administration to quality assurance, and even helping secure accreditation by COA, the Council On Accreditation.

But Shannon’s not just about the numbers and paperwork she’s all heart. Her leadership is built on values like loyalty, accountability, and adaptability, creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Outside of work, Shannon’s all about family time. Whether she’s exploring new places with her husband and two kids, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on the local sports teams, she’s living life to the fullest.
