One-on-one counseling sessions with a therapist or counselor to address personal challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies tailored to the individual's needs.
Support group sessions led by a trained facilitator, bringing together individuals with similar experiences or conditions to share support, insights, and coping strategies in a supportive group setting.
Evaluation, diagnosis, and prescriptions by psychiatric professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to address psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
An evidence-based program designed to motivate a young person's decisions, commitment to change and sustained sobriety. To participate in this service the client must be 13 - 17 years old and must have a current substance use diagnosis. Clinical services will address substance use, relapse prevention, emotional and behavioral concerns, family dynamics, and life skills. Services are delivered by a specialized substance abuse team.
