WHAT WE PROVIDE

Services and Benefits

Unlike inpatient programs, our outpatient care allows you to maintain your daily life while receiving personalized treatment. This flexibility empowers you to continue working, attending school, caring for loved ones, and participating in activities you enjoy.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one counseling sessions with a therapist or counselor to address personal challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies tailored to the individual's needs.

Psycho Education Groups

Support group sessions led by a trained facilitator, bringing together individuals with similar experiences or conditions to share support, insights, and coping strategies in a supportive group setting.

Psychiatric Services

Evaluation, diagnosis, and prescriptions by psychiatric professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to address psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

This program is an evidence-based initiative designed for pre-teenagers (9-13 years old), teenagers (13-17 years old), and adults (18 years old and above) who require more mental health support than weekly therapy and have a current substance use diagnosis. In this program, participants will explore the challenges of maintaining a substance-free lifestyle and create internal and external environments for long-term recovery. Clinical services will address substance use, relapse prevention, emotional and behavioral concerns, family dynamics, and life skills. A Community Behavioral Health Specialist works one-on-one with the client and/or family to remove any barriers, stressors, and behaviors that increase the potential for substance use, relapse, and/or lapses in their substance use treatment. Services are delivered by a specialized substance use team.

Medication Management

Designed to help individuals safely and effectively manage their medications. This can be beneficial for people with complex medication regimens, chronic conditions, or who may experience challenges remembering or managing their medication on their own.

Case Management and High Needs Case Management

Assistance with navigating the healthcare system, accessing community resources, and coordinating services to ensure individuals receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Family Therapy and Support

Counseling and support services for family members and loved ones of individuals with mental health or substance use disorders, aimed at improving communication, fostering understanding, and addressing family dynamics that may impact recovery.

Behavior Coaching

Focuses on helping individuals develop and implement strategies to change negative behaviors and achieve their personal goals related to mental well-being.
